In this episode Payton and Shayla catch up after a little time apart.  Shayla shares a very touching story of how she was able to connect through the energy of trees with her family and bring through loving memories and connections to her late Gido. It brought a beautiful reminder of how the energy of spirit runs through all things and we can connect in many different ways.
